I love the greenness and flowers blooming, the sun shining and occasional rain storm, and just being able to sit out on my deck and read...it just goes too fast and the winters go too slow.

Four of us ventured on over to the Twin Cities to Beth Moore's Living Proof weekend. It was a long ride but so worth it plus it is always a good bonding time with the girls.

This is a nine patch done for a graduation gift and then the cats were a pattern that my friend Cindy created.




These have been my summer projects so far and I still have a month and a half to work on a few more. I have 3 I would like to compleat before the new year.

Thought I should at least post something since it's been a few days...weeks?. So let's see, what has been happening here....4th of July...nice 4 day weekend, did some reading, did lots of sewing on quilts, saw some fireworks and did some yard work. It was nice to just relax a bit. Hope it was relaxing for everyone else too!
